We leave political and social advancement to the sphere of our individual responsibility as Christian citizens, while in the church we concern ourselves with our God-appointed business: the salvation of immortal souls through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus. An examination of our liturgy will reveal that it is Scripture set to music with a special indebtedness to the book of Psalms. We prefer to worship our Lord by me ans of a formal liturgy to make clear that our worship of God is neither casual nor worldly, but very special and sacred.We proclaim Jesus Christ, both God and man, as Lord and Savior.
